Weston, Southampton – A project was commissioned by Southampton County Council to replace flat roof areas of the school buildings at Weston Shore Infant School that became damaged due to weathering.
The project survey was awarded to Faithful + Gould and the scope of the work was outlined in a detailed proposal.
ROOF REPLACEMENT COST:
Southampton City Council defined a budget of £672,431 including a contingency and fees, but excluding VAT.
Faithful + Gould quoted £258,900 for including fees & contingency

- Internal downpipes
- Fascias and flashings
- Timber structure
- Pitched rook brickwork
- Pitched roof tiles
- Guttering
- Cladding
